Went in with my friend last week looking to buy a driver. There was terrible customer service when I went to one of the workers to try the simulator for the driver I wanted. He rudely said “ this isn’t a driving range” which made me and my friend feel upset as we are young and weren’t taken seriously. We left the store immediately on the bright side cineplex is next door.

My husband and I often go to this location and it’s great. Cory was super helpful and really appreciated his help. Made the experience of buying a new driver really pleasant. Wanted to thank him before leaving but we missed him so thanks Cory!Love the selection and cleanliness too.

Brought in my putter with a new large grip to be installed. Job done in 5 minutes as I waited and cost less than $5. Very courteous staff and large selection of golf equipment and clothing.

I wonder about the standard of customer service that enables a staff member in this branch to say to a young man who is curious about golf: “if you don’t know how to play golf, then get out of here”! Perhaps that is a potential customer, or wants to learn! It’s very disappointing the level of attending to people in a branch with such location potential to receive families and young people

Without a doubt, the worst of all golftown locations. If I could give a negative rating, I would.Though there are a few good staff members here who try to be helpful, there also a couple bad apples who leave a lasting negative impression and should go spend some time at the Aurora or Woodbridge locations which are run well for customer service training basics.
