The ice creams ordered are not properly made, the peanut buster parfait didn’t have any peanuts.The banana split had only vanilla ice cream, cut banana and full of whipped cream , you can hardly see any toppings. This is not a standard of Dairy Queen

We pay $17.70 for two M shakes and a M Blizzard at the Argyle mall DQ.Yet this location on Highbury charged us $22.80 for the exact same 3 drinks.Why am I being ripped off at this Highbury location.Guy says they can all charge what they want.I never knew this because I always thought the price would be the same at all DQs.Check out the Argyle location if you don't want to be ripped off.My receipts from both places will be going to corporate for investigation

The last time I ordered a peanut buster parfait from here there was no fudge in the middle. Tonight was just as bad. This location has been very cheap with their toppings and cutting corners including with their Blizzards. You pay a lot of money for cup of soft serve with traces of fudge and a few peanuts. The location on Dundas Street has always been good and their toppings are always plentiful. I will never return to this location as they are in the business of ripping their customers off. Went back today and the staff literally counted out the peanuts, virtually no fudge on the top and fudge missing on the bottom. Nothing has changed in 7 months no matter what the owner says about having a good experience. This was the first time back to this location. Never have this issue on Dundas Street.

I cannot believe the price gouging going on at this location. They wanted to charge my mom and I $28 for 2 medium blizzards, 1 with extra toppings.Absolutely insane. I know the cost of a lot of things have gone up but that is highway robbery. We went to the Argyle location and paid less than half of that for the same blizzards.10/10 do NOT recommend the Highbury location.

Edit re: owner response: Dude you've been getting the same bad reviews for ages. You clearly don't care.It's a fight to get a tray or lids for your stuff. I'm in the drive thru. I'm in my car. Gimme a lid. You think I'm going to just juggle a banana split all the way home? And they don't fill the blizzard. The hot food is gross, I feel like I'm an inconvenience to the person at the window, and it's already partially melted when they hand it to me. If you're getting ice cream just go to the one on Dundas in the East end. They fill the cup to the top and then some, and it doesn't feel awkward and uncomfortable.

Terrible dinner 05/04/23! I don't think that they have changed their fryer oil in a month! My wife's chicken strips and my fries tasted and smelt the same, like really old flyer oil! Just like when you go to the fair, where they change the oil once a year. Won't be going back, at least not to the Highbury/Cheapside location! Read the reviews Dairy Queen head office, the majority of them are very bad!!!

This is the second time recently that the quality of this specific establishment has been sub-par out actually inedible. The last time recently the three boxers I ordered tasted of rotten milk. My assumption is the employees were using bad ingredients or not cleaning their tools properly. Had to go to the Dairy Queen across town to get replacements. This time just now it’s better but the blizzard is just barely mixed but more so the brownie bits are stale and crumbly. As well I got the Royal peanut butter and it had the saddest little ball of peanut butter at the bottom rather than and actual core of it. Sorry to say not I probably won’t come back to this location until.

I ordered the 4 pc chicken strips, fortunately, I used the coupon because the chicken strips are only slightly longer than chicken nuggets. I understand the need for a profit, but this is far from fair value.
