We finally found the perfect size storage bench. The staff is friendly and very helpful. None we in store at the time. No problem the staff helped us order it online to be pickup at store. Email communication about our order was great. Got an email when order arrived went to store and pick up was fast. Lots of different home furnishings, excellent customer service

Bought a large item from this store and found out it’s damaged when I open the package back home. The store refused to return or exchange and direct me to online customer service. It took almost an hour to reach customer service via phone, however they refuse to respond via call and said will deal with this issue by email in the next week or so. This is ridiculous, why can’t I bring the item back to store and get an exchange since i purchased it from the store. Why would I wait for weeks to get an approval for exchange of a broken item, not even sure if they will give me one. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at furniture stores.

The manager at this store on June 30th 2023 was so rude. I came for returns. No help at all. Plus did not even had the exit door open to allow for smooth maneuvering of goods to be returned.When gave my feedback to her, she replied don’t come back!!! Seriously Bouclair this is how you speak and care for your customers??!!!!!Zero customer service and highly recommended not to go to this store AT AllStay away

Customer service was fun. The young lady was surprised when she came back to find the bench we were going to purchase, I was waiting there with the bench in the box. Part #s are important to remember. She laughed! Nice staff!

We had a large order of worth almost $2k which we ordered online for delivery to the store. We had spoken to customer service and received confirmation that the order would be held until June 29th. Then randomly received a refund email a few days ago, saying our order had been refunded.After spending nearly 5 hours on the phone with customer service, we were told they would get back to us with a resolution. The resolution - there is nothing they can do and will not honour the prices of our original order because that is THIS stores decision and they cannot override it. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, waste of time and effort.

Came to this location to purchase wall art for our bathroom and pillows for our couch. Very pleased with the items that we got. It was exactly what I was looking for. Staff could have done a better job at greeting my fiancé and I as we walked into the store - we noticed that no one was greeting any customers. However, we had a great encounter with the cashier. She was very friendly and also advised us of the 20% promotion that they were having.

I wish I had a better outcome but unfortunately I have experienced poor customer service from Bouclair. I ordered a mirror online, it came by door dash from the Erin Centre location. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service first by email and then by phone only to be told that I would have to travel to the closest store (which is 45 minutes away) to do the exchange. Or, that I could keep the mirror and receive a 30% refund. In my opinion I should have been sent a prepaid label to return the mirror and then been sent a new one. I write this review to save others from this same unfortunate experience and to hopefully help Bouclair improve on their customer service.

Clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and everybody was COVIDized. I just wish the store were larger for more selection. Prices are ok but no great deals. Flanked on either side by Homesense and Dollarama, so good location for being able to hit several stores in one shot. Parking is fair, you just need to walk about 20 car spaces typically.

Great staff at this location. I picked up an online order which was too large to fit in my car, Katia was kind enough to remove the excess packaging (cardboard and styrofoam) so that I was able to get the items to fit in my car. Thank you Katia for being so kind and helpful!
