Committed time out of my day; consultant said they would provide business assistance and neglected to follow up. Gov't should not be funding this organization.

The content of the power point was well presented and the presenter knew the slides backwards and forwards. The questions that were asked were either answered wrong or poorly explained. She kept saying that they needed to call in the question as more information was needed but I just don't think she understood most questions. example: If an employee works 7.5 hours per day with an unpaid 1/2 hour lunch should there be overtime for all hours worked over and above those hours? The answer should have been no the 1st 1/2 hour would be regular time and the rest overtime. Pretty standard question.
