I have been attending SFTs group fitness classes for just over 3 months and the progress has been amazing! Coach Felix is very attentive and really cares about his members. Felix provides clear instructions and great individual feedback.I use to experience frequent discomfort in my back due to sitting at a desk most of the day and my back pain has gotten better since working out with Felix. 1.5 inches down on my waistline and more to come! THANK YOU COACH FELIX!

Sun Fitness and Therapy is hands down a 10/10 rating and also a private gym. Felix is our coach and is incredibly awesome. The benefits of a private gym and coach are abundant. This typically includes more personalized attention which results in a more tailored workout experience. I recently had injured knees and through Felix’s expertise and guidance of specific workouts and stretches, it got better. Felix also has his own app you can download on your phone and receive all the updated exercise’s for the week ahead. Also you can register for classes ahead of time to reserve your spot right on the app! If you are looking for a change in your mobility and conditioning, this is the place to be!

8 weeks in with Sun Fitness and Therapy and I highly recommend this gym! Coach Felix is very attentive and provides you with alternatives when you can't do certain activities due to skill level or injury. I've gotten back on track to when I use to be a gym rat at a Goodlife thanks to him! To be honest, I don't think I'll ever join a chain anymore, you just don't get the same quality of training!

Felix has been my coach for the last seven years. From renting a space in another gym to now owning his own gym speaks volume. Felix helped me build a solid foundation first by focusing on techniques first then slowly add more complex movement for mobility and strength.Felix has implemented pandemic protocols to the gym goers, and he cleans it frequently. These actions provide a sense of security and allow me to continue my fitness through this pandemic.

I have been training with Felix since Sept 2022, and I have seen great improvements in my overall fitness level. Felix always corrects my posture and ensure that I am doing exercises correctly to prevent injury.Aside from Felix's technical expertise, he has a friendly and approachable personality that makes training sessions enjoyable. Whenever I need to ask a question or to clarify an exercise, he's always happy to help.

Can't say enough good things about Sun Fitness and coach Felix!Joining sun fitness has been the best thing for my wife and I as adults with busy lives that want to exercise and stay fit! There's a great community of people of all ages.Whether it be single people coming, young moms, or even grandparents, Felix does a great job planning classes and adapting exercises when necessary.This is a great place for both young and old to reach fitness goals!Low key ... the 7:30PM group of older folks are the most inspiring. Hopefully I can stay as fit as them at their age!

Sun Fitness is an incredible strength and conditioning facility. I've received very attentive and detailed instructions from Felix for various exercises to help prevent injury and increase effectiveness of training. I tried so many work out places but none worked for me. After joining sun fitness I can never go to anyone else. After having my twins I had trouble with posture, back pain from my epidural and pregnancy weight.I am back to my regular weight and no back pain anymore and my posture has improved so much. Sun fitness has helped me restore my body and mind.The coach and his family are so friendly and welcoming. You will feel at home at Sun fitness.

I have had 2 classes with Felix and I am very happy so far. He takes the time to not only show the exercise with options, but he will correct and encourage you throughout the class. Music selection is awesome. I am looking forward to more classes :)

Sun Fitness is everything I wanted in a gym and more. Felix is a wonderful coach that's attentive and supportive. The group classes are fun and energetic with motivating and encouraging members! The pacing is perfect, even beginners. This gym exceeded my expectations! ❤️❤️❤️
