This was my first time going to Face First PMU and I thoroughly enjoyed my Oxygen facial done by Emily!!!! She was so knowledgeable and professional. She made me cozy and comfortable during my entire appointment. My skin feels so great and is glowing!! I would 100% recommend. Looking forward to my future services!

This is easily one of the best skin places in Ottawa. I have been having skin problems for years, and finding the right person has been a struggle.Emily really took her time with me. She asked me about all the products I use, and explained how they all work, which ones I should drop, and which ones I should buy.She cleansed and massaged my face, which felt amazing. She did the MicroCurrent treatment, which tingled and felt great on the skin. The hydrating jelly mask was my favourite part of it all.I left with my skin glowing and hydrated. The redness around my acne was significantly decreased, and my skin looked and felt great the next day.I cannot recommend this place enough. I will make a point of going every month, just to keep my skin healthy and youthful. Her prices are extremely reasonable, and the prices are super worth it!

I have been getting my henna brows done with Emily every three weeks, and I am obsessed with the results... I love waking up and not having to fill in my eyebrows everyday! She nails the exact shape and color I want so I have booked my appointment to get the nano brow done and cannot wait for them to be permanent. I used to dread drawing my brows daily. I’d spend at least 20 minutes every single morning trying to make them match. Having my brows nano tattooed has given me my mornings back! I can truthfully say that it was the best money I’ve every spent on myself. Emily did an amazing job making sure I was completely satisfied with the shape and colour before we started. There is not enough words to express how amazing my experience has been and continues to be. I first saw Emily to get a lip tattoo to help an uneven shape of my upper lift, she spent time showing me different colour swatches and multiple mixes to get to the perfect colour. The colour we picked could not have been more perfect, the procedure was smooth and mainly painless due to the numbing cream she uses. The first few days had some pealing but nothing major, I then went for a touch up a few weeks later which is standard for any type of makeup application using her method. After the touch up and healing, the colour, shape was more then I could have imagined! I couldn’t have been happier. I recently went to do a lash lift which was a painless and quick treatment which left me with beautiful lifted natural lashes!!Emily recently started doing facials and other treatments, today I did the microcurrent/LED Therapy Facial using hydrologic acid, my skin was left feeling so much lighter and had such a deep clean feeling. Arrived for my appointment in such a welcoming space , it was clean and I was really impressed at how much care Emily took in ensuring I was happy . It was my first time trying Henna brows , lash tint and a lash lift and I left feeling so amazing and polished ! She took her time and made me feel so relaxed ! I can’t wait to go back for my touch up , I love my eye brows and my lashes . I’m so thankful I finally found someone in Ottawa that I feel comfortable going to for these services !!!!!!
