We needed someone to repair damage to our orange-peel textured ceiling. We called several drywall people; most of whom said they didn’t do textured ceilings. Patching a previously existing ceiling texture, and matching it so it’s not noticeable isn’t easy. We found one contractor from Brantford who said he patched textured ceilings but the ‘before‘ and ‘after’ pictures he showed us didn’t look good. We kept looking. Finally we found AJ at AMA Drywall.He came to take a look and described the process. He does ceilings the old school way, and can create or repair textured ceilings in patterns and textures that were popular many years ago. After talking to him I felt confident he could do what he said. And he was right! He is an artist! He patched two areas in our home; both textured orange peel, and you would never know there had been anything done to the ceiling. It looks amazing! He stays in touch, texts you to let you know when he’s coming by, and made very little mess. Fabulous job! Highly recommend AJ if you need some specialized texture work.
