Had my first appointment with Jenesis today. What a lovely person. So knowledgeable and really cared about making sure I was getting improvement. Shared tips on what to do at home to be more preventative in the future. Very thankful! Very kind, clean and pleasant atmosphere. 10/10 will be back!

Located in this neighbourhood is this wellness centre that offers more than what meets the eye.On a personal note, Jenesis is a pleasing personality which is a reflection of social grooming esp a learnt trait to hone by virtue of family environment. Absolutely great place to get a massage and you will feel so much better after a massage session with jenesis, very professional, clean and welcoming environment. I walked in with a shoulder blade feeling out of place making my muscles super tight, an hour later i could move and rotate with ease. Only one word needed to describe the experience is fantastic!!

Jenesis is very knowledgeable and kind. With my first visit in a physio, he made things very clear & detailed. Working around my foot injury, he was very helpful and offered advice on how to maintain a speedy recovery. He is collaborative and has a passion for his practice! Went for my first massage yesterday with Jenesis and will definitely be back! The atmosphere of the clinic was very pleasing; it smelled nice, there was coffee and tea and water, COVID-screening, and a comfortable little waiting area for me to fill out the medical forms.I asked a lot of questions about my back and wrist problems, and Jenesis was really patient and helpful in answering each one without being too technical, especially with my wrist problems :) He really knows his stuff and cared a lot about making sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. I left feeling well-informed about my back and wrist pain and he gave me some action items to help relieve some of the pain!During the massage, Jenesis made sure the pressure was at that just right" mark when he found any knots to loosen them up without it hurting. I feel like a car that just went through a tune-up in the shop!Hands down the best clinic I've been to and 100% recommend!"
