Safe Storage Depot

Excellent service from Dianna. She came in very early to meet me on the day of the rental (on a Saturday) but even before then, was willing to locate a truck for me and have it brought to her place, which was my preferred pick up location. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.

Many thanks to Dianna, she made it possible for me to get a truck when i needed it most. i went to three different locations and all said '' if you don't have a reservation we can't help you'' but Dianna called head office and made a truck available even though her records show that they were reserved. She's a people and business person.

It is a great place to rent units from. I have been there for just over 2 years now.

Great storage locker. Would it be possible to have the Code post close to the exit so one doesn't have to leave their vehicle to exit

Used this storage for 2 years and it was great. Clean and safe facility with alarms in every. 24 hour access. Diana always emailed me reminders for my invoice and was very nice.

24hr secure access (cameras, security patrol, code at gate and at building door), very clean, has washroom, loading ramp, and carts you can use. The customer service is exceptional too, very friendly and super responsive. Also, way better prices than downtown.

Diane at Safe Storage Depot went beyond with my reservation. She called all the near by U-Haul trunk rentals so that I could make my move on Saturday. Patience and a solid customer service approach make all the difference! Brian

October 2018 was the month I decided to look for a storage unit. I walked into Safe storage Depot and the first person I seen was a lady by the name of Diana. I told her I was looking to store my belongings until my new place was ready. I started with one unit. And later noticed that I will be needing one more. The same day I met Diana the same day I moved in. The month of March 2019 was the month my new place was ready. Diana not only helped me find two storage units. She also helped me get a moving truck from Safe Storage Depot. I was having trouble with the rental. She was kind enough to stay 1 hour and a half extra after her shift. Long story short not only did she help me find a gentleman that would be able to helped me move my belongings from the big storage to the truck. This gentleman also helped me take and move my belongings to my new place. I still have a storage unit at Safe Storage Depot and always will. I feel confident in leaving my belongings stored in this storage. I can go at anytime and feel safe. This place is clean with air conditioner. Live cameras all over you feel safe. Let me not forget this Safe Storage Depot has an amazing respectful manager. I totally recommend this Safe Storage Depot to anyone who is looking for a clean safe environment. This Safe Storage depot is located on Wilson Ave. Next door to highway exit 401 and the Weston Road.

New storage. Not the greatest service, has washrooms. Was a little behind. Paid a few months and got caught up but was short 14$. Next month I became 2 months behind cause I was short and my payment didnt count for the month. They auctioned off my unit without notice prior. Got a letter in the mail over a month layer. Said that that auctioned off my unit 2 weeks prior to the letter.They could have mailed me 2 weeks before so I could catch up. Nope let it go than sold my belongings than told me after..
