We had a dryer (fairly new and High TECH) fail on us. So off to see who can do it!? WoW - Arron shows up - On time and ready to go.... Within a few minutes he says - Needs - I know the problem it the main computer (hmm I told you high tech!) - anyways - It sounds like I might have to remortgage the house - But very surprisingly - It was a fraction of what I was thinking! He said I checked stock - I can get it in a few days - Sure enough he was back and everything good as new! More than fair pricing! I don't think it could have went any better! Thanks Arron - Fantastic job - Very quick/honest/efficient/pleasant! - Recommended to anyone!

We called Arron and he showed up the same day to diagnose the problem with our washing machine. The part was ordered and he was here a couple of days later to do the repair. The washing machine is as good as new. Very prompt and professional service.

I had an appointment booked, and they ONLY provided an 8 - hour service window, which is ridiculous, I was expected to be available, between 8 - 6pm - for whenever a service person might show up. When I asked if they could narrow down the window, because it was unreasonable - could they tell me how many appointments, or where I was on the list to gage an approximate time, I was told - we think it is best if you find someone else. NOTHING in my email was rude - NOTHING in my request was unreasonable, I made it clear I needed my appliance fixed - and not to cancel the appointment, and I was left completely high and dry. NOT to mention, they refuse to call you and speak on the phone, and charge you extra if you are 20 km away from Lindsay - as if travelling that far is a hardship! Seriously UNPROFESSIONAL, not personable - DONT USE THEM!!!!

Technician Aaron contacted me promptly on Monday morning after speaking with Samsung on Sunday. The parts came in, in less than two weeks that he had estimated. He came early morning just as asked, and wearing a face mask and gloves. He repaired the washer and took all the garbage with him. Very polite and courteous. This is the company I would definitely will contacting if I need any future repairs on my appliances.
