My experience with Carol has been outstanding! The first time we applied, it got returned so I needed some help and she did way more than her fair share.She went above and beyond what I was expecting, sent me friendly reminders if she hadn’t heard from me and helped me print documents at work when my printer wouldn’t cooperate. Her partner was also great with troubleshooting even though he wasn’t even my lawyer.Carol is very thorough, making sure there are no mistakes in the process. And as a perk she has a great personality. She was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend this office if you need some help with applying.
