BELFOR Property Restoration

Belfor’s local representative that I dealt with understood my needs and openly worked with me to solve them. Their willingness to work collaboratively with me and my company helped us overcome various logistical challenges. The services provided were exactly as expected, and I had a very good experience overall.

My wife and I recently had a summer home constructed by Belfor, St. John’s, NL. This was a custom build of our dream cottage and I was allowed access to the property at all times during construction. The project manager, Steve Pike, was very pleasant to deal with. He was on site throughout the building of the property and was an active participant in the construction process. In all my dealings with him there was never an issue. The inside of the property was finished in ¾ by 6 NL spruce and the attention to detail with mitred joints was phenomenal. As with any new build there were a few minor things that did crop up after we took possession however with one phone call these where dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with our cottage and if we were to build another I would certainly look to Steve and Belfor to build it.R.B.

We use Belfor for all our damage and restoration needs. We have 84 buildings with thousands of people in them each day and Belfor is their when we need them. Service is good and with our ever changing environment they are able to adapt to any changes we may adopt weather it be a new safety policy or needing specific work completed.
