This gem is the definition of a beloved local shop, and the staff are so delightful!

I received such wonderful service here from Maureen. She was very patient, helpful, and extremely kind. The owner also still had my name and request saved from the year before, and had set the item aside for me (I just happened to stop by on the day they received it so hadn't gotten the call yet). Fantastic people, and I definitely recommend shopping local with them!

I love coming here to find specialty treats and snacks for my dog that I don’t normally see at the larger chain pet stores. They are always so friendly and helpful every time.

At the recommendation of a friend, I was encouraged to check out Furballs Pet Store. Today was my first time shopping there and I will definitely return! I travelled from the west end and was glad I did.The store was a bit overwhelming when I first walked in, there is so much product, but we were immediately greeted and pointed in the right direction!I didn’t catch the woman’s name who was working, but she was incredibly kind and so helpful! She answered all of our questions, she pulled things out of boxes to show us what we’d be getting so we made inform purchases, and gave us lots of great tips!I’ve already recommended my friend, with a new pup, check this store out! 10/10 would recommend! Plus your supporting local businesses, so yay!

This is my favourite pet shop. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. My cat was not eating well recently and they walked through options and even helped with calorie estimates. I left with tins and even some samples. Theiy had sound advice on coxing my cat to eat. Thanks Furballs staff!

Very sad to be moving away from the area and not have access to this place any more. Very friendly and helpful staff, great selection, and always nice to be able to shop somewhere that isn't a soulless chain.

This is a community gem - amazing customer service and genuine kindness. The staff are knowledgeable and there are great products. My dog pulls me here any time we are on Gerard street because he knows he will get attention and treats!

Wonderful local pet store. It's a small shop, but well stocked and they're great about ordering in items you need whenever they can. The free delivery is amazing and always reliable. The staff also know my pup's name, order and address so there's a nice personal touch to each interaction.
