Had a great experience overall. Booked online and was running late so I tried to call thee office. They do not use the phone which was a little off-putting at first but I emailed them and got a instant response saying it was okay. If I had not got that email I would have been a little stressed.Everyone was very friendly including the Dr who really put the effort into taking interest in why we were there. I was getting medicals done and he even greeted me with Kia Ora which is Maori for Hello.Only suggestion is when people book appointments I would suggest to tell them to book an appointment at LIFELAB where you send people for blood tests. It was a 2 hour wait and a bad experience.

After repeatedly asking if they do tests for my dental school’s immunity requirements, yet they still sent me into a visa medical, charged me $350. I repeatedly showed my requirements but to no avail. The tests were done, it was a seamless process no doubt, but after asking the front desk and the doctor about the tests that I required for school, the instant answer was yes, without paying attention to my question. Be aware, if unsure whether you need a test, don’t go here. I can’t speak to the visa medical itself, as I had no use of the one they forced me into.

Booking my Medical Visa appointment with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas was a great choice. Everyone in the office including Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Mascarenhas was a huge help for me and my family. I was in need of an urgent medical evaluation and I was able to communicate with him over the weekend to get everything completed ASAP in need for my immigration visa. I couldn’t be happier with the process and communication I received during a very stressful process.

Dr Mascarenhas was a breath of fresh air. Quick, efficient and organized. Only thing I didn't like is the requirement to bring a Vaccine checklist. Not all of us have family doctors or can access one easily. Recommend him for us immigration.

Best doctor for US immigration medical examination. I live in Scarborough. I went there for my wife. Amazing experience. X-Ray was also faster than Scarborough.

Super efficient, did the online check in beforehand, got to my appointment, presented ID, waited maybe 10 minutes and met with the doctor. Meeting was less than 5 Minutes where he told me what I needed and where to go. Chest x-ray from wait time to leaving was roughly 15 minutes. Literally only snag is getting blood work done because it's a lengthy process so was told it's an hour wait which sucks. But honestly, getting this done within a couple hours and ready for IRCC is pretty sweet. Would recommend, they run a pretty tight ship here.

Lilly is fast, efficient, and to the point. I like people who work like that. Haven't gone in yet but the experience was very seamless so far. The website is clear and concise and Lilly responded extremely quickly. It's the most efficient part of this whole process that I encountered. Bravo Lilly! You are no doubt the backbone that keeps that place running like a well oiled machine!

I visited Dr. Lyndon today for my US immigration medical on such short notice since I got less than 2 weeks notice for my interview! Not only were they fast in responding, but they booked me an appointment so quickly! Everyone in the office was kind and understanding, especially Dr. Lyndon himself. I have bad anxiety and he walked me through everything clear and concise and helped calm me down a lot. Thank you to everyone there, you’ve all been an amazing part of this journey I’m on.
