Service is slow and you may not get what you ordered. No eye contact, no communication and they should just have robots taking orders. The service is seriously lacking and based upon on the comments I don't expect it to change anytime soon.

I am a courier and mostly do mobile orders to save time. I had a simple order of Large Steeped Tea with one 2% milk, it’s in my favs on the Mobile App and I order this often, meaning I know how it’s supposed to taste, and know this very well. My order this time tasted absolutely horrible, like poison, chemicals and cigarette ash and suuuuuuper old coffee with a little tea to hide the evidence. The employee who did this should be investigated, I got a terrible headache after having a sip or 2 of this poison liquid. Please investigate and rectify this is terrible and dangerous and made me throw out my ordered and what appears to be purposely messed up Tea/hot beverage!!!

Very handy 24 hour spot for middle of the night snack attack. Lots of selection for such a small space. Courteous and efficient staff.

Food - terrible | Service - a pleasant surprise.After reading the reviews here I was preparing myself for the worst. But to my surprise, the service here was amazing - my server even complimented my perfume! The lost stars however is due to the stingy food!Whoever prepared my chicken craveable sandwiches only placed a singular piece of chicken in each bun. So I got a bread, sauce and lettuce sandwich with a side of chicken breadcrumbs. Every other Tim Hortons I've been to places two pieces of chicken in the craveable. I paid over $10 for two sandwiches missing fillings. Beyond disappointing as the customer service otherwise was amazing; however, I did not get what I paid for. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this until I got home.

The worst Tim Hortons ever, staff are rude and obnoxious . One young brown lady in particular proceeded to put in a wrong topping on my bagel, when I corrected her proceeded to have a screaming feud with me instead of just correcting it. So unprofessional. Will never be stopping here again even though it’s convenient.

I have a worst experience in this tims. The employees is not good in the evening time I went 3-4 time there every time I am not satisfied with there service. Every time they made a mistake. Sometimes they didn’t stairs the coffee. Plz try to provide better service.

seriously the most disgraceful place I've ever seen in my life 6 dollars a thin slice of tomato and very little cheese is put in a sandwich you did a lot wrong and the employees don't use gloves

Excelent location for a coffee/tea/pastries on the go. No seats to stay. Ftiendly service and your usual timmies drinks and other goodies....

Last time I go there!!! Tired of my coffee without sugar and can’t get a simple order right. A bagel, double toasted, butter and cheddar. I seams like it’s a place for training dummies

Bad place. Ordered a few times from Ubereats. Everytime they forgot something in my order. It happen every time when I order from this place. Unbelievable. And the food quality is so bad. The bread didn’t heated completely it still hard and cold.
