Paradise Bay Hot Tubs

We love our Hot Tub ! Paradise Bay did an Excellent job of the installation and answered all of our questions! It's been an excellent place for our family to relax and catch up! We look forward to the relaxation!

I was new for Hot Tub era, was believing the Paradise Bay provide professional service. They have very good sales person, knowledgeable and professional, but poor on after-sale service. My hot tub has very urgent Chlorine issue and try to book service appointment in store. The appointment ended up didn't booked by the system and I have wasted two weeks with nothing. Suggest the potential buyer would do its homework ahead, not very much can relay on the customer service after the big baby installed. The owner better becomes the master piece.

Went looking for chemicals for my salt system. Staff indicated they no longer carried my product(banned in Canada), he then went on Amazon looked at some comparables and recommended another product. Awesome service, especially since i never purchased anything. Cant imagine how good the service would be if i had purchased from them. Will definately go here for all my spa needs going forward

Exceptional Hot Tub, Quality and Value as well as stunningly Professional Turn-Key (permitted) Installation. Further, No one left until the Hot Tub was operational! Absolutely Brilliant and Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub at Paradise Bay in Calgary and the entire experience was fantastic. Our salesperson Trevor listened to what we wanted and helped us pick a great tub. The delivery team was on time and put the tub exactly where we wanted it without question and moved it twice to get it just right. We purchased our Arctic Spa Tundra in 2016 from Marc. We have had an excellent after-sales support experience with warranty service and repairs where needed. We have also purchased all our maintenance supplies from Paradise Bay. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always ready to give great advice for how to care for our tub.We recently purchased a sauna from Marc and Trevor, and the experience was excellent as always. Trevor pointed me to a less expensive model that met all my requirements but had a few extra heaters in places others had open spaces. This is consistent with my past experience - these guys are honest and genuine about meeting your needs, not just getting you out the door with the most expensive thing you can afford.I trust Paradise Bay and will continue to use them for all my hot tub and sauna needs.

I had just bought an Asmoke 300 Smoker and out of the box it didn't work. I dealt with Tevor who quickly got me a new control board and temp probe and it too did not work. The worst part was Asmoke doesn't have the respect of customers to talk to them on the phone and so I would NOT recommend any product from a company like that. I came back to Paradise Bay and I was very angry and I took it out on Trevor who didn't deserve that and he called me on it which I appreciate and I apologized as he still gave me a refund on the Asmoke and I purchased a GMG grill which works great out of the box as expected. So 5 Stars to Trevor for having to deal with my BS. I felt like a shmuck after that but he took it all in stride. This is what customer service should be, but unfortunately I have had too many instances of very poor customer service and didn't give them a chance. But they did exactly what needed to be done and so I would recommend this store and staff for any of your needs

Phenomenal store! Great service and selection! All staff that we dealt with at Paradise Bay were helpful and knowledgeable. They came out to assess the space, gave good recommendations and made us feel comfortable about our purchase. The delivery and setup went smoothly, we were coached as to what we needed to do, in regards to maintenance, and when to do it. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Paradise Bay!

We purchased our first Arctic Spa from Paradise Bay in 1995, and our second one in June 2018. After 23 years it was time for a new one! When we started researching hot tubs, we quickly came back to the importance of having local support and service - over price. Spas from big box retailers may be cheaper, but the overall package of efficiency, performance in our cold winter climate, and local service was key.Trevor was one of the most knowledgeable and patient salespeople we have dealt with. We never felt pressured, and my wife and I tried literally every hot tub in their showroom. We decided on the Arctic Spa Yukon model with Trevor’s expert guidance and it was the right choice for sure. We were able to custom order the color of the cabinet, the spa shell, number of jets, and we decided to add the ultimate lights feature which is awesome!We did a have a few glitches in the first week or so - a leak in a pump gasket and some lights not turning on… but these were fixed the next day by the service team. This confirmed our belief in the importance of local support and service.So, in conclusion, we are very happy with our choice of the Arctic Spa Yukon model and Paradise Bay.
