I had to help a friend get his car in for service at BMW MINI St.Johns recently. The service advisor staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It was originally booked in for an appointment at a later date, but they were able to get the car seen to with no notice and have it back to me by end of day. Would really like to thank Melissa in the service department for all the help and such a friendly demeanor on such short notice !

Me and my wife just wanted to give a huge personal thank you to Mike Roche for helping us out with our first ever purchase of our brand new car. He’s very attentive and supportive of what we really wanted in the vehicle we like and guided us to make all things possible. Buying a car can be a very emotional experience. I have nothing but great things to say about the team at BMW St. John's. Absolutely fantastic!! Buying a new car is not something that I personally enjoy doing, I'm not a 'car person' and our recent visit to see them was more of a grudge purchase than anything, as one of our current cars (not a BMW or Mini) had decided it was time, long before its time IMO. Our Sales Consultant Adam Warren was super attentive, patient, honest and worked hard with his team to make the process as smooth and painless as possible, getting us into our new Mini Countryman within 2 days. After we picked up the car, I kinda wished that I needed to buy another... they made it that smooth.
