excellent service . found me full replacement insurance for my live in rv. I tried another company and was sent to 3 offices And never called. back .. Benjamin was prompt and very detailed on the insurance ... the other place wanted me to make up numbers for value ... Benjamin found real values for my rv and new replacement price.. thanks for the great service .. highly recommend

Heather M was our Broker. There were a few obstacles to overcome during our visit. A few frustrations and bumps with our request. I am sure Heather wanted to scream a few times as we wanted to. The situation was frustrating.However she stayed after her day was over and the store was closed to get things done for us. She did it all with a smile ( a few laughs as that was all we could do at moments) and extremely kind heart.I would highly recommend her and her whole team they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

We really liked this place until it came time to move houses. We sold our home and only needed 4 weeks of insurance. They knew this but still signed us up for a year and charged us hundreds of dollars in early cancellation fees 4 weeks later.Update: Waypoint eventually contacted us and made a correction.

Unfortunately, I have never met Tiana Gordon, but I have had the pleasure of dealing with them over the phone and through email for about a month while getting quotes to sort out my house insurance. I'm so glad that I was referred to Tiana. They were able to help me more in the short time I was dealing with them better than the previous company I was with for years. Tiana's customer service is impeccable, they are supremely friendly, easy to talk too and was there even on weekends to answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you again Tiana for all your help with my house insurance you are a gem!
