Called to setup appt to inspect an auto accessory for my truck. Owner was prompt and polite on phone. Brought out the box which was rather large into the reception area and let me inspect thoroughly. I wasn't sure about the installation so I asked to be excused to defer the decision for purchase after spending about 20 min examining. Owner was totally understanding of it and respectful. I think it is rare for a small business to exhibit this important trait. So deserves 5 stars to allow me to research. They seem to offer aftermarket parts and my accessory seemed decent quality. They do offer installation services. Will definitely try them again.

I wish I didn't have to give any star... Inferior products... I bought a pair of running board from these guys.... They sold me the wrong model and the refused to exchange or take it back... Now stuck with something I can't use... In addition to the wrong item both running board were broken on the plastic ends. Stay away from this place.... Trust me you will regret doing business with them....... Stay as far as you can... There's other folks with better products for the same price or less and is willing to refund or work with you if the product is defective. These guys bullies! And Cons!!

Words can't explain how cocky these guys are - Their hardware does not match the manufacture's specs of my MDX, nothing lined up correctly. refused to take it back stating it's not their fault. With no choice I got new holes drilled.Now 1 year later it falls apart. Have to take it back to a shop to get this part re-attached!!!Do not buy anything from these guys!! You'll def regret it!!

Went there for a set of running boards for my 2021 ram and the good year in channel window vents. He opened the box up right infront of me to show it had all the hardware needed for the steps. Even told me everything they had that would fit my truck, but not in a pushy way. Said take my time to think about it. In and out in all of 5-10 minuets.
