I couldn't be happier with the service and pricing that I received. The fact that I paid the price I was quoted and wasn't taken advantage of because I am a female getting automotive done was greatly appreciated. My vehicle has never ran better. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission work.

I had my transmission and some other part fixed here. Took some time they were busy BUT they were really nice guys all of them. Well, 3 I spoke too were. My car is driving good now. I would go here again for sure, and I would 100% recommend this place. They work hard for you and make sure your vehicle is 100% before u you it.

I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Can-West Transmission. On my 2014 RAM half ton, I had a problem in the real cold snap a few weeks past where the engine would run fine but the transmission wouldn't go into gear. It displayed an error telling me to put it in park and try again. Over and over... I took it to a Dodge dealership and they read the code from the truck and told me the truck needed a new computer control module, to the tune of $4,600. Once the weather got above -30C, the transmission was working well again.I decided to go for a second opinion and saw good reviews online for Can-West Transmission, so decided to take it there.After explaining the situation to Geoff, he explained a bit about how this particular transmission works and what the problem might be. He didn't push" any service work on me but I thought I'd have a normal service done anyways.They serviced the transmission without unnecessary extra parts and got the work done quickly.They even came to pick me up from home to collect my truck!Then

We had the pleasure of dealing with Ty. He went beyond our expectations and was very helpful. We had our transmission rebuilt in our Nissan Armada and he was the face of the company for us as our customer service gentleman.Though we are going through the pandemic and having delays on parts/people off work sick etc..they informed us it could take a bit longer (totally understandable) but they had it back to us in a timely manner and had great communication all along.If we need any other work done we will be sure to come back to Can-West Transmissions.

This place is absolutely unreal. I dropped my Tcase off at 1:30 and by 4 o clock I was driving away with a fresh rebuilt transfer case. More businesses need to be like these guys. No matter what parts they needed they had them there in half an hour!The professionalism that I was treated with is something I've never seen before. Thanks canwest for the excellent turn around time and a true warm welcoming feeling. I 110% recommend this business even if you have to drive 4 hours, well worth.
