I moved to Outlook for the summer with my family, and on my very first day I broke my one and only key for my ignition on my car. I immediately panicked, sure that there was no possible way I could get in fixed in town. But sure enough, Richard's Home Hardware was able to take my 2 broken pieces and cut me a new one in 5 minutes. I took a quick look around the store and was happily surprised at the amount of stock and really good prices. I will be supporting this local business for as long as I live here. Thanks again!

Zero stars... I have shopped at this store for the last 20 years, and after today I will not return for any reason. A little tip for next time, do not stand in the middle of your main fair through and tell other customers to walk around you. Dealt with with rude stupid people but todY the staff here tops it.
