I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at the Guelph Metro’s Nature’s Signature. Natasha was extremely helpful with very knowledgeable product suggestions - I went into the store looking for hand cream to help with an eczema flare up (and I honestly wasn’t expecting to receive much help)and I couldn’t have been more surprised! Natasha took the time to talk with me and ask what I was looking for and provided a few quality recommendations. They have a large product selection and reasonable prices for high quality natural products. I would highly recommend this location!

They used to be very helpful and an excellent resource for finding a variety of natural health products. Here's hoping their current incompetence, laziness, and surliness is just a product of a difficult time. Treating long-time, loyal customers like they are a nuisance and blaming them for their own mistakes is disgusting. When you make a mistake, own up to it and find a way to rectify it, don't defend it and blame the customer for what you did wrong.

I really enjoy shopping at Nature's Signature at Metro Stone Rd in Guelph. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the vitamins that I need. I really appreciate the excellent service.

It has supplements that you can't purchase elsewhere in Guelph. I bought L-tyrosine today. Before I went to Metro's, I went to shoppers, Zehrs, and called multiple supplement retail stores, yet, none of them have it. This is a place to go to if you really understand what you need. Btw, the ladies who work there are super nice!

The first thing she asked me was “are you working with a practitioner.” and that she doesn’t need to see my blood work to know my deficiencies. This might sound like a person that’s educated enough to sell products, but she clearly isn’t practicing what she preaches and you have to master the basics to give advice. Plus she was arrogant, probably because she didn’t make it into med school. These reviews are fake.
