Horrible tacos.. bland and tasteless. The owner should eat the veggie tacos and verify if it is worth selling. Regret it.

This place needs to either fire all staff or just close down the shop. Almost always they get the order wrong even after clearly stating what i want. They dont even bother to properly plate the food, as per other taco bell standards. Too bad there's not another taco bell nearby. You can go to the one on the mountain if you have a car.

This particular location is chaos at lunchtime. It can take a long time to place and receive your order during this time. Outside of this time it is pretty quick and not busy.It is very inexpensive. You can get a lot for your money. The quality of the food is ok for fast food. You are going to get what you expect.I haven't had any issues or bad experiences at this location. The physical location inside Jackson Square is the main issue. The food court area is poorly maintained; but that is not the restaurant's responsibility.

It's a Taco Bell. Ordered for delivery. On the scale of good Taco Bell to bad Taco Bell, our experience tended to the good end. Food was fine, even after delivery delay.

We been in stage 3 for a few weeks now and eat in dinning still is not allowed. The owner seems worried about hiring more staff to sanitize restaurant than customer comfort. Dundas location is permanently closed. This review is for the other Hamilton area restaurants.

I had ordered from this place, I had parts of my order missing. When I called back to inquire about the fact I was missing parts I was hung up on, and when I called back the staff was incredibly rude. I would ask for compensation, but il never be returning

I'd give this place no stars if it let me,tacobell has been my favorite place to eat for almost 30 years but this store is so dirty and they touch dirty stuff with there gloves then come and make your food with same gloves happens every time not to mention how long they take to serve your food always doing uber and skip the dish orders and leave people at store waiting,if you have a short lunch break dont go there you will spend your entire lunch just waiting for your order
