Good depot with fast service. I like the return-it express service for maximum convenience.

Great for my first time experience. Staff are nice in the counter area. They counted the bottles and cans correctly. They also have disposal area for the bags and hand washing and drying area just beside the counter. Though the place is quite small, they have designated areas that you can arrange your bottles.

I had one of my best Bottle Depot experiences ever at this place. My arm is in a sling and one of the customers helped me open up all my garbage bags full of recycling and was very kind. Robert, one of the staff, was also very helpful and carried the heavier flats of glass recycling to the counter for me from my sorting table.

Filthy trays with years old caked on sticky brown grime No soap at hand washing station. When I asked they said no soap. Had to ask again and he brought out liquid soap and put some in my hand.As long as they're all wearing masks to be extra safe along with an award plaque on top of the filthy hand washing station with hand washing tap partially ripped out of wall. I guess the germs on the filthy trays keep everyone safe and it would not be carbon neutral to ever wash them.

I had gone to this place once last year. My bottles weren't counted properly. I told them I should've gotten more money because there were more bottles than what he said I had. He told me no. Will never go there again. Worst place ever

This place has Return-it Express, which is super convenient. You sign up for an account online, buy 70L clear plastic bags from the grocery store, and put your returnables in the bags. When a bag is full, walk straight in to the Express window beside the counter, type your phone number into the machine, type how many bags you have and it will print that many labels, put the labels on your bags, and put the whole bag through the window. No human interaction required. No touching sticky trays, no sorting, no queues. I've occasionally had to ask them to fix the label machine, but no big deal. To get your money, you go to your online account and order an etransfer.That road doesn't have sidewalks, but if you're walking from north of the location there are sidewalks. It's also not a busy road, so walking on it isn't really an issue.

Extremely disgusting smell indoor, long queue, and you need to sort all your bottles using the smelly sticky trays, I left the bottles and fled the room. Don't waste your time, it is not worth it, just dump your bottles in the trash cans downstairs.

Brought in a very large bag of recyclables, printed off a label and attached it to the bag. Got no updates and found out they lost the recyclables. There was at lease $20 worth and they compensate less than half. Terrible customer support in addition to just being rediculous how you can misplace such a large bag of recycling.

I have the same situation with the Asia girl. she yell at me saying not putting the bottles on the left hand side which have no line on the tables.if she don't like the job, please quit. we just want to the environment part. not by some employers yelling at u.

There was a young girl who attended to me. This girl needs an attitude adjustment, the rudest, scowling, un happiest person l have dealt with in years,big she is an example of your staff, Shame on you l go there maybe twice a year, not always sure how it works especially with milk containers. She is obviously not happy in her job?? Customer service.. training.. the staff on old river road were the friendliest nicest people always helpful and curtious. This young girl needs to find other work with out the attitude.
