ALDO

Went to store today and asked staff to get me UK5 and they replied don’t know how to convert UK 5 into US.Had pretty rude experience.

The employees are so polite when we are buying there product. But when we are having problem with the product they do not care about that all they care is to get the product out of the store. One of the worst experience I have had so far. Iam using ALDO from past Five years this is the disappointment.

Amazing experience every time I come in! This store is always the best and is always so helpful! I leave almost every time buying a pair of shoes. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything and always gives their honest opinion. Will always go to this Aldo!

Yesterday I had ordered a bag and a pair of shoes online for pick up. Both items weren’t the color I was going for but both the store clerks were so nice and helped me figure out a better look than I had originally envisioned. They were extremely patient and honest with their opinions. I am very appreciative of that!

Aldo's has been my first place to visit when contemplating business work shoes. I was in a hurry recently when I visited the Devonshire Mall location.I was quickly welcomed by Lisa, who asked me what she could help me find. Clearly Lisa knows her stuff because she was familiar with the older style Aldo dress shoes I was wearing that day. She was very professional & willing to help as well.We looked at a couple of different options and she swiftly found me a few pairs to try on. Unfortunately, the store didn't have my size, so she offered a solution and ordered them online for me.This review may seem trivial, but Lisa was literally on top of her game; helping me choose a shoe, made suggestions, and didn't treat me like a number. Again...Thanks for your help.

I went shopping at aldo on Friday as I needed new shoes for work. I was looking for a nice pair of flats or loafers and unfortunately didn’t see any that caught my eye in the women’s section. I directed my attention to some very beautiful loafers in the men’s sections and asked if they could possible have them in my size. The sales associate looks at me and says “you know these are men’s shoes right? You should be shopping in the women’s section”. I then said how I didn’t find any of the women’s loafs to be what I am looking for and would like to try the men’s, she then continued to tell me that I cannot try the men’s and if I want the women’s she would get me them. After the incident I left the store and was very upset. If I want to try a men’s shoe and it is available in a size that fits me I should be able to try it on with no questions. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and how they made me feel extremely out of place.

Absolutely freakin' amazing! Those ALDO shoes I bought are so damn good! There is no doubt that Canada excels at maKING premium leather shoes. They sell craft, and not just shoes. It's an art, dude!

There customer service is so humble and good when we are buying. But the CSR’s are not showing up there respect and humbleness when we want to return them back.

To be honest, there is a lady who seems around middle age who works there very unfriendly, and rude. I felt not welcomed at all when I was there, with that bad service no wondering why their store really slow. She didn’t even say hi or bye, just a short “yup” when I said “thank you very much” I felt so disappointed that made me not want to purchase their shoes even I did really like them. I’ve never have that bad service at any store like this Aldo in Devonshine mall before, except this. Why would I pay for someone who treated me like nothing. I definitely never want to come back again!!

I went to the store to look for some shoes for me and my wife, when I was trying the shoes, I asked my son who is 2.5 yrs old, to pass me a shoe from the rack, then sales person lady came to my son with so much anger and told him not to touch anything very rudely. I felt very bad and I asked her, you could have been nicer to him, she said I am teacher, don't tell me how to behave with kids. I stepped out of the store right away, I am never going to come back to this store again.
