I do NOT recommend this service for cat sitting. My cats were hungry because no one checked the food level in their feeder (one look at it was enough to notice as it is a see-through container standing right next to the water fountain). Very disappointing...

So happy to have found Prairie Path! Their pet sitting service is fantastic. Manager Michelle gave us friendly and personal service from the start. Our pet sitter, Nisa, was awesome! Right at the meet-and-greet, I could tell she was an animal lover, and also very professional and responsible. She took care of our cat like he was her own. We received daily updates with photos to let us know our little buddy was doing fine while we enjoyed our vacation. Very affordable, too - I highly recommend them!

We had the most wonderful experience with Prairie Path Pet Care - Park Ridge. Adrienne was our walker for our Boston Terrier Betty and she was so kind and professional. Betty loved her! Each walk we would get an update with photos and a note about their walk. Their scheduling system is easy to use and they work hard to get you scheduled even if they are over booked. I highly recommend Prairie Path Pet Care and would continue to use them if we hadn't moved out of state.

JUST AMAZING! Our cat, Gus Gus, needs a lot of extra care due to health issues. I was impressed with the professionalism during the Meet & Greet and management is very thorough and detailed orientated with note taking. They explained the importance of keeping your profile updated and adding detailed instructions for anything you would like the sitter to do at a visit. We went on a week long trip and our sitters followed my instructions in the profile to the T. They even did some extra cleaning and garbage take-out!! My cat was happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend this company to any pet owner.

Prairie Path Pet is the best dog walking service. Michelle, the manager is highly responsive and scheduling is very easy. Our walker, George takes care of our very elderly pug and alternately very active rescue dog. He make sure our elderly dog gets water, love and attention and time outside. For our active dog, she loves George and gets plenty of exercise. I receive an update during the day with pictures and description of the visit. I don’t worry at all, I know the dogs are in great hands. I would not use any other service! Thank you to Prarie Path Pet for years of excellent and dedicated service.

I love Prairie Path Pet Care and use them for occasional walks and care when we are out of town. They set up an initial meeting to meet with us and get to know Ronny and finalize details etc..., which I loved getting to know who we were working with. They are very professional and carrying.The office (Michelle) is super responsive, easy to deal with. Our walker (Ruben) is the BEST. He is always on time, leaves really great detailed notes along with cute pictures after each walk. :) I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.

Prairie Path has been phenomenal to work with! We are so happy with the walker (Doug) who spends time daily with our pup and really appreciate the pictures of their time together. It is easy to tell how much our pup loves him! The team is extremely responsive and helpful to ensure our dog receives the best care while we are away for the work day and longer term vacations. Prairie Path is highly recommended!

Highly Recommend!1) They are the cheapest walking service in the area by far2) Michelle, the branch manager is overly helpful and friendly- great to work with3) I get photos and updates from my walk every day which is the greatest! You can track you walk and get a recap of how the walk went through an app4) Tara is amazing! I have a leash-reactive but people friendly German Shepherd and Tara has no trouble with her whatsoever. She gives her lots of love and treats her like she was her own dog.As an over protective dog mom, I would highly recommend Tara as a dog walker and the entire company as a whole!

My husband and I used Prairie Pet Care & Training for dog walking for 8 months. The only reason we had to stop was because we moved. All the staff are reliable and treated our dog so well, she loved all of them. We recieved updates about the walk almost immediately after it ended. Our walkers were so reliable and also helped bring in our mail/packages. The team at Prairie Path Pet Care & Training really helped our transition into being dog owners and made us feel safe that our dog was being cared for! Would recommend to everyone!
