I have had 3 bathrooms renovated by Collaborative Construction! They are incredibly talented and respectful. Their renovation experience is second to none. No detail is overlooked! Their creative ideas and solutions, and willingness to listen to their clients set them far above any other construction company. They are approachable and responsive and use their whole team to problem solve and make people happy. I could not be happier with my 5-Star renovation experiences!

We hired Collaborative Construction to give our kitchen and living room/fireplace a whole new makeover. They worked with us to discuss and design exactly what we wanted, and provided us with information and help along the way. I chose collaborative because they would work with me and I could use some of the trades of my choosing.After meeting with Derick and James my decision was made. Really liked these young men.Right from the 1st day they placed protective cardboard paper on the entire floor where they would be working I said, Now these people care".Then it was always a good day when I heard a tap tap at the door and someone saying good morning Caroline we are here!Whenever the trades were here working I knew that they had many other jobs on the go but felt like I was the only job they were working on that day. They were there to get my job done.From the 1st day they rolled out the floor protection to the last day that they rolled it up I always felt like I was heard and if something wasn't quite right it was made right.I am going to miss the tap tap we are here.James going to miss your witty personality and when you were at our home you always felt like family.Job well done!Now to decide when to start on the Master Bathroom Suite!"

Hired Collaborative to complete a full basement renovation. The finished product exceeded my expectations and the collaborative team and their contractors were easy to work with. The timeline they provided was accurate and each project was completed on schedule. Their team was excellent cleaning up after themselves and never left a mess to clean up. The quality of the finished product is top notch! And have already recommended Collaborative construction to friends.

As a designer, I am always on the lookout for a contractor who produces quality work, and Collaborative Construction is just that. We just finished our first project together and it won’t be the last. Their communication was fantastic, they were always on schedule, the project site was always tidy and the design was completed in a timely matter. I am looking forward to working together on future projects!

We hired Collaborative for our main floor renovation that included new flooring, a new kitchen, cabinets and island, and various other jobs related to the renovation. From the first meeting to the last, they were very easy to work with and provided great advice on the direction to be able to make our design ideas a reality. We primarily worked directly with Derek and James and they were highly responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and very hard-working. As the general contractor, Collaborative took care of everything with the specialized trades and dealt immediately with any issues that popped up along the way. The scope of work was quite extensive and we felt that that they always had a complete grasp of the project and were on top of everything throughout the process. Our project ran mainly on referrals, and everyone involved was top notch and very easy to work with. The timeline that was provided was followed very closely and in several instances was ahead of schedule, even with the relatively large number of people and companies involved. The workmanship is incredible and everything looks even better than expected. Collaborative's name really describes their approach to construction and we felt included at all points, with some of the smaller jobs being done by myself. Overall we had an incredibly positive experience working with Collaborative and highly recommend them.

I am long overdue in writing this review but better late than never. We used Collaborative to design and execute a large scale, full home renovation in our 1987 era Munroe built home. The actual reno was approximately 4.5 months in duration with a couple months ahead of that for planning (we used Payton Patterson for our designer). Collaborative exceeded our expectations. James was the project manager and was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and diligent at maintaining regular communication. We were kept abreast of any issues or unforseen circumstances that arose. The rest of the crew were also excellent. They kept a clean and tidy work space after each day and were respectful of the fact that we were still living in the basement during the reno. They arrived at 8 AM sharp everyday and there were no days of lost time wasted with nobody being on site at least in some capacity. One of the things we liked most is that these are all local guys and it is evident that they care about their reputation as they grow their company.We interviewed quite a few companies in Regina to lead this project. We are happy we chose Collaborative and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you to everyone that contributed to making this renovation a reality.

I can't say enough great things about working with Collaborative. They recently finished a total kitchen renovation and they created a beautiful space in my living room with a fireplace and tv shiplap wall, just before Christmas. What I appreciate most about working with Derek and crew, is the communication. This was a big undertaking for me and I felt confident because I was consulted and involved throughout. Derek, Shane, Donny, Nick, Jordan and Eve and all of the folks they partner with in the sub-trades treated me and my home with the utmost respect and care. I was able to live through a big reno with very little stress and in a clean and tidy environment. I love the Buildertrend website they use for project management and the chat group so I know I can contact them any time and have someone respond. It's like you're in charge of the project, without the hassle of actually being the project manager. And they were so good with my dog, Sadie. She's bossy and was always barking orders at them, but they were so sweet to her. The finished product is top quality, functional, beautiful and exceeded my expectations!
