A carrier delivered this paper at 2:03 am and woke my dog up, who began barking wildly, scaring me out of a sound sleep and my son as well. They are unreachable by phone, and I don't wish to have this paper anymore. I've just put no news paper" on my mail box

Called the number that is given, and told wrong paper. Stop all deliveries, as I have enough problems with my back and dont want to pick your paper and filters on my driveway in the snow. Everything I need is on line.
