Thorough and with a clear emphasis on safety. I requested an inspection at 10 pm, and David emailed me back immediately the next morning, before performing the inspection that day. David is very professional and responsive. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk through and give maintenance suggestions for different aspects of my house. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with Dave King's service. Price was great, he was available to meet with us at a time that was convenient, he was thorough, had great knowledge of by-laws and of houses, and handled himself very professionally. Report was organized in a way that a newbie could understand, and sent quickly.I particularly credit Dave for how he handled the tenants who were in the house when we came to inspect. While the tenants meant well, they were constantly hovering and easily could have impeded the inspection. Dave was polite with the tenants, but focused on the job, so we could finish in a reasonable amount of time.I would recommend.
