My wife and I bought a new 2022 Q60S, Newmarket Infiniti and Paul Thomas were amazing, our car was being shipped from the coast and actually came in early. Paul even took photos of our new car with the shipping wrap still on it. When we picked up the car he had it hidden behind a large curtain and then did the big reveal. He is very knowledgeable and does all he can to ensure that the customer's experience is smooth and hassle-free. Paul has even contacted us after delivery to make sure we are pleased with the car and our experience with the new car purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to anyone looking for a new vehicle and have already passed on their name.

Absolute worst customer service. Do not recommend buying anything from this place. Bought my used vehicle with 2 chips in the windshield which were repaired and was told by my sales agent Dustin to keep an eye on them and if they got worse to let them know and they would repair or replace the whole windshield. Well, the one on the driver's side got much worse to the point where it's spread into four huge cracks that cover approximately half the driver's side which obstructs the view, not to mention how unsafe it is. When I made them aware of this I was asked to send photos which I did and was told by Dustin that it could not be repaired and his manager Frank said they would replace the windshield for me with a new one. They have been stringing me along for 2 months and still nothing has been done. They kept apologizing for the delays in answering my texts and now its been a week since I've heard back from anyone. Tried calling twice yesterday to speak with the manager Frank and was told he was in a meeting and would call back but, he never did. No surprise there. I guess my next steps will be to go to the media and see if they will do a report on their shady customer service so, that everyone will know how they treat their customers and speak to my lawyer. Maybe he can get a hold of them.

Paul Thomas helped me with the purchase of a 2019 QX50 this week, he was excellent from beginning to end. I appreciate everything he did for me, he cares about his customers and it really shows, I couldn’t be happier with his service, I’d recommend anyone shopping for a car to see Paul. Special shout out to finance manager Lana, she was a delight to work with also. After dealing with another Infiniti location first I can definitely say the staff here are superior in Newmarket

I recently had my Infinity vehicle services at this dealership for the first time.What I liked:During my visit the people at the reception and the service rep were nice and genuinely interested in me as a customer. The service was performed as promised, though it took longer then initially promised.My vehicle was always washed before delivery.What I did NOT like:1)The service rep did not want to schedule an appointment unless I email a copy of the ownership and driver's license. Thus, as a customer I am being put in an uncomfortable position - Infiniti implies that I may be dishonest.2)The check the tire pressure light was on during both of my service visits. While that was not the reason for my visit expect a the service technicians to go the extra mile. However, no one bothered to look at this minor issue and check the tire pressure or to reset it.3)The men's washroom at the dealership is in dire need of a renovation - see attached pictures.- the ceiling is dirty - large brown stains on it- the vanity cabinet is disintegrating - the panels are coming off and are disfigured from water- an old frame is stuck behind the vanity - the paper covering at the back of the frame is hanging loose, very unpleasant- there is mold behind the faucets on the caulking- the door is dirty, especially the surface around the door handle and along the door edgeIf this is a washroom where customers, who own luxury vehicles, are supposed to feel welcome - then it is definitely not the case!Makes one wonder whether Newmarket Infiniti is financially stable, since it clearly lacks the $1000 needed to renovate the washroom.
