great people and great work. I was traverlling across canada and was around this city that I noticed I have a minor issue; they were opened in the weekend and helped me early in the morning.

They were hard to get ahold of on the phone, so I went in. 100% customer service, 100% on fair pricing and let me tell you I got a crazy good deal, 100% swear I will be back with any of my automotive needs. And they took etransfer conveniently enough for me. They are busy, because they are great. Thank you Tony and whom I’m assuming are your kids. They’re awesome and your daughter was so kind and friendly and easy to chat with. You’re raising great kids.

Kangaroo Mechanic?My girlfriends car powered down while driving after having the battery and alternator replaced at a different shop. The car radio also would not turn on. The damage was caused by an attempted hot wire.I was working out of town for a couple of weeks, so I told my girlfriend to take it to Quans. I told Quans what happened.Quans replaced the battery even though we had already done this and found the fault to be an alternator fuse. They did not have a spare alternator fuse, so they shorted the fuse with a jumper wire, which left the alternator circuit vulnerable to electrical damage. We were charged $481 for an inspection, new battery, and battery replacement.My girlfriend and I ordered a new alternator fuse. I got a home today, and I removed the jumper wire and replaced the alternator fuse. The car radio still did not work. I checked the audio fuse. It was burnt out. I replaced the audio fuse, and the car radio works now.This tells me a few things. The receptionist did not tell the mechanic that we had already changed the battery and alternator. The mechanic did not check the battery life before swapping it out for a new one. The mechanic did not check the radio fuse. The mechanic bypassed the alternator fuse with a jumper wire, leaving the alternator circuit vulnerable to damage.Since the receptionist could not communicate crucial information to the mechanic and the mechanic cannot perform simple battery checks, fuse checks or purposely did not perform said checks in order to squeeze more money out of my girlfriend, and also jerry rigging her car, I am convinced that this is a kangaroo shop ran by kangaroo mechanics.
