You'd think that a diner that is easily 5 miles from any other options would have plenty of business just by being mediocre. That they wouldn't even need to try. We didn't have high expectations on our stop at this diner.Boy, we were pleasantly surprised!This diner brings their A game, even though they don't have toWe got a bacon cheeseburger, Philly steak grinder, and their mix fries" (poutine).Everything was tasty and hot. The grinder bread was clearly homemade and phenomenal!!! The owner (I believe?) was there on her own and 3 parties walked in with us

We ate here multiple times on our trip to Allagash and were never disappointed. The food was delicious, with very generous serving sizes. The homemade bread is phenomenal. The service was always incredibly friendly as well!
