Outstanding service and they did not push me to spend on any extras. I much preferred them over the Burlington location and I felt like a valued customer.

We bought an Acura, our third one, back in January from this dealership and had a great experience. Our experience with both Craig (Sales Rep) and Colin (Finance guy) was great. Craig was friendly and great to work with right from scheduling a test drive to finalizing a price that we were both comfortable with. Colin was very helpful in getting a nice financial package for everything (extended warranty) that I wanted and was flexible and creative in getting us an overall deal which was perfect for us. Overall very happy with the dealership and hope to do more business with them in future :)

My wife and I had a great experience at Acura of Hamilton. We travelled from St Thomas to check out the Kitchener/ Waterloo area . We didn’t have any luck there and took a flyer trip to Acura of Ham to see 1more car before heading home. Upon arrival we were greeted by Matt Joseph and he was great to deal with. We had been shopping for a car for a few months so, we were happily surprised that our initial offer was accepted and inked to paper . After months of searching and making unsuccessful offers on cars and frustration this place was great . From start to finish our experience was fantastic. We called in before coming as our timing would be tight to closing and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our salesperson Craig went out and checked the vehicle before we arrived and had it ready and waiting for us upon our arrival to the dealership.Our sales experience was great, Craig was open and honest, and Colin after our purchase was helpful as well. Craig came in on his day off for our pick up and was once again helpful and friendly.We would happily recommend this team to anyone. There were no hidden costs. There were no sneaky sales tactics. The staff were open and honest and friendly during every single interaction. Our vehicle is great and a week in we are still really happy with our purchase! We were really happy with our experience and highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I can tell you we wouldn't hesitate to go back there for a vehicle purchase again and we live almost 2 hours away! Even compared to other Acura dealerships we had dealt with this one is 10x better! Matt from Acura of Hamilton was absolutely amazing to my wife and I. We actually didn't come in to purchase a vehicle however he was so warm and welcoming that we decided to maybe take a look at their inventory. Sure enough something caught our eye, and we ended up buying an Acura RDX. I would like to thank the entire staff at Hamilton Acura for providing us with great service. This included repeatedly asking us if we needed coffee, water or anything else. 5 Stars!!You won us over with your great customer service.

I brought my car in to have it detailed. When I got it back my head liner had stains all over it, salt stains were still in the carpet of the car, I had a greese stain on the roof of my car that also wasn't cleaned. I could go on about how dirty my car was left. I feel that person who detailed" rushed and didn't clean my car properly.I showed the service manager and was told to bring my car back. My car was much cleaner the 2nd time around."

I just purchased my first RDX A-Spec from this location and I must say, the service I received was exceptional! Craig in the sales department and Colin in the finance department were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend them both. Colin was very thorough with all of the finance details and ensured I had the best deal possible. On pick up day, to accommodate my work schedule, Colin took it upon himself to stay back to deliver the vehicle.
