Holiday Ford Service
We have just moved to Peterborough and we brought both of our cars in for scheduled maintenance and one had an issue with a grinding noise in the right rear of the vehicle. Great service on both vehicles. Fortunately the grinding was a very minor issue. We were provided a courtesy car. Fair prices, exceptional customer service.

Scheduled service (brakes) 5 days in advance advised vehicle required by the weekend. Used drop off to ensure available 1st thing in the morning. Had to tell service 3 times required repairs. No follow-up communication regarding status of service, vehicle still in shop over the weekend. Had to rent a car as a result.Avoid this service department.

Just okay. Have been there a few times for service and more recently for body work (sunroof glass replacement - insured & bumper replacement - uninsured). Everyone is friendly. However, really underwhelmed with the lack of follow up and communication. Would be told I’d get a call or email by end of week - and nothing. I had to constantly hound them to get anything done. I will likely try Lindsay or a different dealer for my next vehicle purchase.

Simply not impressed ... First they charge for an estimate ($170) then wanting to charge someone $1700 just to fix a factory stereo display on a 10 yr old car?... That's just not right!... Apparently that's not counting labour in the cost too

Found a good trade in but the customer service was horrendous. Finance was so outdated and seemed very incompetent. Errors on ownership, just a poor transaction all round, with 0 post purchase service to boot. Go elsewhere.

Have been unsuccessfully able to contact the owner of Holiday Ford to discuss a matter which happened in the body shop. My truck is still unfixed and the damage occurred by the body shop. Would not recommend for any body shop repairs as it is extremely unorganized and not well managed.

Had a great experience working with Brenden at Holiday Ford! He was willing to go above and beyond, work outside of regular hours and coordinate a vehicle delivery to ensure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. He took the time to walk me through the entire vehicle and purchase requirements to make sure I felt confident in what I was buying. I would definitely go back to Holiday Ford and Brenden for purchasing another vehicle. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Quick Lane . I had my snow tires changed to summer tires . Stephen Flynn booked my appointment and answered all my questions. I had them do an oil change and they put 1.2L of extra oil in the car. There are amateurs in the service shop and the secretaries don’t seem to keep it on any kind of schedule. I dropped off the car for a separate 7:30 appointment and picked it up at 2:30; they hadn’t even looked at it yet.
