What is this really? She broke to She speaks as if she were a teenager and did not admit that she was guilty. She screams at me. I just buy it from the Amazon?. I never came here again

Very decent staff. They always try to help and tell you what to get even if it’s not from them. I recommend this place

This place made me feel so taken care of. I will definitely continue taking my business here, the staff were very helpful and great at answering questions. They were eager to show and demonstrate to me what they were doing which I greatly appreciated. I feel like I can personally keep my car well maintained due to the insight they offered me.

Always exceptional customer service. John (manager) is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to answer questions. The entire staff makes the placefeel like a home.

After waiting inline for 30 minutes only to see no vehicles making any progress in the line I checked the reviews and realized these employees are not only terribly slow but by the reviews I see mess up quite a bit. Decided I’d rather not wait another hour for an oil change and left.

3/22/2023 4:58pmUpper JSR Lower JDI was very happy with the customer service I got. Efficiency on the job was great. The guys genuinely seemed like they care about the vehicles they work on. They told me what they seen under my truck on top of my oil change and all the other checks they did. They gave me some advice on maintenance. They do there due diligence and you feel good after they have worked on your vehicle. You guys got it down pat, thanks for the smooth service.

I Highly do NOT recommend you use this service. Much like other negative reviews, I recently brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Shortly after returning home, I noticed oil pouring down my driveway because of their shotty work.After bringing my car to my dealership for inspection, I was told by the technicians that the oil filter wasn’t sealed/installed properly and the oil was over filled at the dip stick.When I tried to get my money back from jiffy lube - 36 Peakview Way, Halifax NS, the “manager” became extremely defensive and rude. I didn’t end up getting my money back because the manager had to “email the owner”. 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything back from the business. just an update got my refund back from company as of may 11 th took a while but they ended up doing the right thing thank you

I've been to this place a few times, when I owned my truck I went there to do a tire swap, they did it the first time to change to my winters but when I went back they told me they couldn't do it cause I had running boards and they would damage them if they changed my tires... now they turned me away again cause on my new car they said I have low profile tires which I don't but it looks like they always wanna just get out of the job. So needless to say I will never go back cause they are a waste of time

A friend of mine took my car tire to get fixed and was treated extremely rudely. The lack of professionalism was such that they said the tire was beyond repair but today, after going elsewhere to get a second opinion, I managed to have the tire fixed. Stay away from this place.

I had an oil change done on my van and there was a defect with the filter causing the oil to leak out after the change. This review is for the service that everyone rendered after this mishap. They redid the change completely free, and also gave me a free oil change for next time. They did a battery test for free as well. The manager personally came in to do the correction oil change himself. Great service really turned the situation around.
