Great Service. The company that I bought the unit from Saunacore was not willing to send anyone out to service the unit because they don't do service calls. STEAM SAUNA sent out William they tech who was GREAT and solved the problem. Thank you for your prompt service and professionalism. I should have looked you up before a bought from the other company.

Committed to making the customer happy, a previous employee replaced a failed steam controller with one that required the installation of a temp sensor.Because we were not living in this place full time, it took until we moved in to discover the steam generator would continuously pump steam into the room until it became unbearable due to the lack of the required temp sensor.It was probably a year after the original replacement when I realized this issue and reached out to Steam Sauna.Between the efforts of Steve and Jeff, they were able to correct the issue and got me up and running.Great team, and easy communication.

Steam sauna makes the smallest most modern steam generators. And I love to slip into my steam room at home after a tough day at work and have the heat and luxurious steam soak all of my problems away.
