Ken and Diane were great to deal with. When I visited in September, Ken was easy to talk to and not super pushy with any sales pitches. I remembered this when I started looking at buying a new sled. I gave Ken a call and he knew exactly what I was looking for and got everything lined up, he even arranged shipping to GP for me. Diane was very knowledgeable on the financing end of things and was able to get me setup quickly and painlessly.Thanks you two for a great buying experience!!

Not sure what’s going on at this dealership, but it’s not good. When you phone no one answers.. the voice message says they are understaffed, but yet no jobs are posted for this business. I brought in a rear diff to get looked at as it was having heating issues. Took them almost 4 weeks to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. They wildly over charged me for opening it and having a look.I brought it home to discover it was assembled wrong. They argued over the phone that it was my error not theirs. So I brought it back in. I was then told that they would relook at it ASAP. Well it’s been 2 weeks and counting. Was told they broke a stopper inside it. Still not repaired. Over 5 weeks it’s been down.

Great staff...they need more technicians. They store is clean and bright. Bought my spouses sled here and nothing but top notch service.

Ken and Diane were very very great to deal with. I got there to see the Africa twin, they gave me all the info without being pushy. I also check the V-Strom and they helped me also. The next day I contacted them to let them know that I would buy the Africa Twin, the only thing was the bike was still in the crate. They managed to have it ready for 17:00 hrs the same day for me to pick it up.Very good service from the minute I walked in until I left with the bike. The entire crew were very helpfull, my experiance was nothing but great.

Call and nobody ever answers, leave a detailed voicemail stating all the parts I need hoping to at least get prices. All I got was a phone call back the next day and because I’m at work wasn’t able to take the call, all they do is leave a message saying sorry we missed your call and to please call us back, without giving prices. Called Riverside Motorsports talked to a human and ordered parts totalling $560. Won’t be wasting my time with Cycle Works West anymore. Not the first time this has happened with Cycle Works either but it’s definitely the last. I’ll drive further for better service.

Had a great experience with the new accessories gal. Super friendly and funny. She did her best to find what I was looking for PLUS she can can do parts at her desk. One stop shopping!

Salesman was great to get machine from Calgary shop up to Edmonton. After that trying to get any kind of date of when it would be ready was horrendous as had gone through 6 days of being told it would be ready. They day it was told that it was ready and good to pick it up, salesman was not in and no one else had a clue about it. Was rushed to get out as it took so long to get anything ready and it was getting close to closing time.Took the side by side out for 2 hours and within that time the seat belt sensors stopped working and stopped the machine from going over 7km/h, we couldn't get it on to the truck from lack of power. Brakes from the backend squeal so much, it's all you can hear. Took it in and within three hours they called to say everything was good with it.The day it was picked up the backend was still squealing and the seat belt sensors still didn't work. The fix we were told was to drive it and the brakes will stop squealing eventually and you have to unbuckle your seatbelt, turn your side by side off, turn it on, buckle the seat belts and that would work and if it didn't then to jiggle the seatbelts till they did. They mentioned multiple times I was going to be charged as there was nothing to repair under warranty at 140$ but they would wave the charge this time.Have had the sales manager contact me after polaris sent out a email to do a review on the dealership. Sales manager wanted to know how he could help, after two emails of telling him when he was able to contact me I have heard nothing from him in almost 2 weeks.

Came down from Grande Prairie and picked up my CRF 250 rally today! Tim and Diane were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and they were very patient with me with my crazy schedule! Definitely worth the trip!
