Please stay away from this company. Some staff are thieves and leave your window wide open for one of their external friends to steal your stuff in the car. Got my wallet and 2 pairs of sunglasses stollen from my armrest. Called the owner 3 times, left messages and no response, he's ignoring my calls. Terrible terrible company!!

Parking and stopping illegally. Not safe.

I can't comment on their services, because I am still waiting on the quote. I filled out their online form, called twice, and e-mailed them. Each time I had to start over and give all the information, like I had never contacted them. It has been 2 weeks and still nothing. I understand a company can be busy, but a simple follow-up reassuring the customer that they have not been forgotten is appreciated. They have just lost a potential customer to the competitor.

As a wedding photographer, I can't tell you how many valet companies I deal with. Pretty much every venue has one. So I think my review carries some weight. Today, I was stuck in crazy downtown Montreal traffic. I was in a total standstill for 30 minutes. I arrived at the venue late due to this, and entered the path to valet from the opposite end. (clearly desperate to get in) I explained my situation to the person who came to my car. Within 5 seconds, one was helping me with my gear, the other was handing me the paper. All of this with a smile while telling me not to worry, they got it. I went from stressed to relieved. They were all smiles, all polite, and I never worry about my car. This company seriously runs a tight ship.
