We truly feel she went above & beyond to help us, from booking to room accommodations.All of the staff were very friendly!A great Brampton hotel for both couples & family travels.Our first floor room was exceptionally quiet. And clean.Breakfast is quite good & plentiful for a hotel.Worth a stay or two!

No fan in the bathroom, the hot tub by the pool needs cleaning, the sheets didn't fit the bed and I kept bumping my ankle off the bed frame. However, everyone i spoke with was extremely nice except one lady who I don't think spoke much English or maybe had a hearing issue. Anyways, she was 1 out of like a dozen other very welcoming people. The complimentary breakfast was bomb and good for the whole family and yes the kitchen staff people were cool, too. The room itself wasn't bad, had everything we needed and the building looks nice overall. I would stay there again for sure

Rooms need an update however. This is not a long term stay hotel. It’s def an airport hotel which is all we needed.Props and major acknowledgment to the staff. Anita and the gentleman on night shift was hands down so so very sweet.I quite literally have never even received this type of service at higher end properties.Will def come back when we need a quick place to stay before our flight.Thanks again Anita for your amazing outstanding service !!!

Overall the hotel looks a bit tired and could use a facelift. That being said, the hotel was very clean. The staff was attentive and organized. The women working the breakfast buffet didn’t stop and had a smile on her face throughout a very busy morning. The hotel worked out great for us and was close to all amenities.

Rooms were clean. The hot continental breakfast was very yummy. The pool and hot tub were awesome features- especially for the kids. We wished the waterside was open for longer hours, but the kids still had fun just swimming in the pool.The only downside..if you can even call it that..was this hotel is in an industrial area so there's no view" from the windows and the trucks starting up in the morning were a little noisy.Otherwise

Got upgraded to a nice suite. Surprised by the cool water slide in the pool which also had a hot tub! Very comfortable, bright and friendly staff. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This hotel provides a comfortable stay at reasonable rates. Rooms are clean and cozy. The staff are very helpful and polite.Jennifer who works at the front desk has always provided amazing service going above and beyond.

The service I received was horrible.. I genuinely feel scammed by this location. I extended my stay by one night and was charged an extra deposit fee (on top of the $100 deposit they took for first night) that I had to dispute with management and still wait 3-5 days for refund. When I went to front desk to extend my stay, they said they had my info on file and would leave a note for the next shift supervisor to extend for us. Thankfully I called the front desk the next morning to confirm, and turns out they did not extend it-so I had to do that morning of, which risked losing our room or them not having vacancy altogether. Besides that, I was not made aware that the room would be $60 more than the first night. (We stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night).They also charge a $30 pet 'cleaning fee' and will charge it every day, even if they only come in to clean once after you leave. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful during our stay altogether, but very frustrated with the service I received after my visit. Charged over $720 for a 2 night stay, and absolutely nothing special about the hotel except the complimentary breakfast.

This Fairfield is located in what seems to be a commercial area with much truck traffic. The parking lot is filled with signs warning that the hotel is not responsible for damage to cars or theft, which makes one wonder about the safety of the location. The rooms have an old, tired look to them. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety. The staff was friendly.

Brought our family and got two rooms. Our suite was terrific. Found everything clean and spacious. We made good use of the pool although much to our disappointment, we discovered the hot tub not working upon our arrival. We spoke to the manager and he offered several concessions to ease our disappointment. All staff we spoke with were very friendly and outgoing. Great customer service. We would 100% stay here again.
