We had the BEST sailing experience ever!! Captain Ann made our time incredible. She was very experienced and taught us a lot! She also took us to see the sailboat races. We had such a relaxing and fun night. Highly recommend the sunset sail!

We had a wonderful time sailing and celebrating our anniversary with our friends on the Dream Catcher. Captain Kristian was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area and history. We loved the gorgeous views and the lovely sunset. We highly recommend this trip and look forward to returning!

Had family in town from NY and decided to go sailing. Called to reserve a time and day. The day and time I was looking for was booked. Ann made some calls and got Kristian same day to give us a tour at 7pm the time I wanted. Kristian was wonderful and knowledgeable of the area and made our sailing a great time. Very relaxing and a beautiful sunset. Will definitely do it again!

We had a great time with Captain Ann and Holly! Weather was a little questionable all afternoon before our tour and Captain Ann was proactive in communicating and called us ahead of the tour time to let us know the situation. We loved hearing the Detroit waterfront history that we hadn't known about and appreciated the focus on our safety being paramount. One of our out-of-town friends is an avid, accomplished sailor and got to join in the fun. Would definitely do this tour again!

My wife, son, and I took a 2-hour tour on the Olokun sailboat today. It was so nice. We relaxed and enjoyed it greatly. Our captain was Cameron. He was polite, and professional, and explained everything well. Cameron's passion shows in his work. We look forward to signing up for another tour in 2 months.

We just finished our sailing experience with Captain Kristian and it was so relaxing! We came for our anniversary and it was a great experience. Kristian was full of knowledge and made the ride very pleasant! Highly recommend.

We chartered the larger sailboat for a Father’s Day weekend 2 hour tour. The boat comfortably accommodated my husband, mom, friend, daughter and myself. Captain Kristian seemedto be a very accomplished boater and was knowledgeable regarding the shoreline landmarks. He was also extremely personable and hospitable. We will definitely recommend the tour to friends and family, as well as will return for the 4 hour tour.

We decided to use Detroit Sails for our wedding elopement and wow, was it an amazing experience! We went out with Kristian Jorgensen, who not only is ordained, but also an experienced sailor and an incredible guy! He was able to recommend some great photographers in the area and the photos were stunning. In addition, Kristian was very accommodating and easy to work with and booking process was simple. We had the most memorable time on the Dreamcatcher.

Our anniversary was made all the more special with a trip on the Dream Catcher with Captain Kristian. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out sites, homes, birds, and nautical tips along the way. I would highly recommend this tour, if you want to elevate a celebration. We went on the 1:00pm trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time, we’ll book the sunset tour. Ship ahoy maties, book your trip today before all the slips are filled!

We booked a charter to celebrate a special occasion and had an outstanding time sailing with Captain Anne! We had a warm day with < 10 MPH winds but we're able to still sail into Lake St.Claire and back toward downtown for a beautiful sunset view of the city and Belle Isle. Captain Anne was efficient in getting us right out on the water, friendly and knowledgeable about the local landmarks and history, and also encouraged us to explore different vantage points on the boat. Couldn't recommend the experience more!
