Very pleased with the way the staff treated me, and very pleased with my purchase.

Store is great but the customer service is absolutely terrible, staff always talking to each other never concered about helping customers.

My husband leukemia, so we celebrated a very special 8 year wedding anniversary on August 1 2020. We contacted the Boathouse to make a reservation... even though they don't normally do reservations with huge lines just to get in the door, they heard our story and went above and beyond to reserve a private table waterside just for us and our 2 service animals. The staff, manager and owner should be recognized for their kindness and compassion... accommodating us when they didn't need to. Everything we perfect! The menu is extensive with creative takes on seafood classics. The food and drinks are outstanding! The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio overlooking the marina was special and memorable... that is hard to find anywhere. All I can say is thank you so very much for being part of our very special anniversary. We are lifelong customers now!

The boathouse is awesome! The staff is excellent very friendly and helpful. They have a large menu to choose from and great daily soecials. You can make reservations and would recommend that on the weekends as they are very busy in the summertime. They have a nice patio that over looks our beauiful harbour. The sunsets are so awesome. Would strongly recommend this restaurant to my friends and visitors to or city.

I love going to this place. Just had the worse experience here ordered lobster 4 0z steak med/rare with rice and garlic mash potatoes I received lobster and well done sausage patty mixed veggies and garlic mash I was with my partner and they had our order mix up need less to say we were passing food back forth on our plates and it still wasn’t right they left flustered the meal that I ended up with I ate the lobster tried to eat the rest but need a drink by the time I got served a drink my meal was cold and I had to get the f…. Out of there$150 later and I’m still hungry. Very disappointed and I get this meal every time I go so I know what to expect!!!!

Cool place to eat, but it's far too busy and the food was not good at all. It was comparable to a fast food meal. For their prices, I expected a better more quality plate than what we got.
