5 year late review! I bought a 2005 Lexus es from Alfa fine motors back in 2018. The car is serving me so well, all I’ve done for repairs are brakes & oil. Clean car, 20 years old & still running like a clock! 10/10 plus the suspension is butter smooth.

Excellent experience at Alfa Fine. Akram is very friendly, honest and helpful. Went in to purchase a Toyota Sienna. He was very knowledgable, very open and made the process very easy. I had a small issue with the van 1.5 weeks after purchase and Akram said to bring it to his mechanic for repairs. I wasnt able to get there due to my schedule so he reimbursed me what it would have cost him to do the repair. Highly recommend

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Bought a car from him, and the next day an engine code came up. Messaged him, and he said he would fix it; after I drove back to Hamilton for him to fix it, the engine code returned the next day. After messaging a second time, he said he wouldn't fix it and to message warranty people (the extended warranty he provided through another company) even after he told me a few days before that, they won't fix this problem as it's not included in the warranty.Fast forward to today, about a month and a half after purchasing the car, I now have to find another as it has engine problems and will likely need an engine rebuild which will cost more than half of what the car is worth.When making a purchase, he comes across as kind, but when something goes wrong, he won't assist.I'm so upset and frustrated!! Save your time and money!!

I was looking for a used car for my son and Alfa shined above every other used car dealer I looked at. They are small, local, and worth your time. Their pricing is excellent and their honesty is 100%. I had one issue after purchase ( used cars often will) and they went above and beyond to make it right. I can't recommend them enough! Great experience and that is rare when looking at used cars.
