This small shop has a separate entrance on the north side of Jane-Finch Mall. It does the dry cleaning of clothes as well as alteration.Because of the convenient location, easy accessibility, and good service, the shop is doing good business.Once when I gave my suit for dry cleaning, I was satisfied with the job, pleasant customer service, and the price I paid. Whenever I need to dry clean my clothing, I prefer to go to this place. Their service is fast and reliable.

This lady doesn't even speak English properly and her pronunciation is hardly to understand.Furthmore, she always ignore the customer if he or she is not chinese. Even though you would be there faster than chinese you will wait longer than her country people.

Got a difficult jacket to alter, most places said they wouldn't do it but through a recommendation these guys did. It turned out great, the owner (I think) Tung (Sp?) did a good job on it and very cost effective. Will use them again.

Very rude and mean lady working I dont recoment there ,very mean to the cosumer , I gave her many clothes to fix and at first she did good but after she trow back my clothes and saying nono I can't do that, english very poor and very disappointed person so miserable, Never going there, Be carefull there.

Very careful with this place. They don't clean properly and blamed you that.Waste of time and money. Not give you proper response.Not even worth for one star.Not recommended for anyone.

The asian lady there is disrespectful I went there to get my clothes clean and I asked her if she could re clean it or give back a refund and she said no you get what you pay for and get out. I feel so disrespected because this is a business and the customer satisfaction should always come first.

Be careful and make sure you take pictures of your clothes before giving it to them. You get your clothes back with stains and they will blam it on you saying it's from before. I had this experience twice and the lady there wont even respond properly when you show the stains. Never going back again.
