I definitely had a great experience with the company. They were very helpful from beginning to end. Helping choose the right stone and accent stone. Their experience and advise was bang on and appreciated And final product come out amazing. Second time I use them for exterior or the house and for the driveway/backyard pavers. Can’t go wrong. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Fibreglass pool is great. Install was quick. Would have liked a more turn key install including grass etc. Greg the PM is very responsive and sent the guys back to repair a couple things. Know that the install will tear up your backyard and if you don’t have a plan to fix it get one. Pavers get Very HOT. Not sure if it’s the rinox pavers or the fact that they use styrofoam under pavers…. But pool is great.

Rinox customer service experience was very good. They assisted us every step of the way to fix an error by the installer. The representative came to the house and demonstrated what we needed to do to resolve the issue. Absolutely 100% satisfied. Thanks again Rinox for making our dream home beautiful!

Been in contact with them for over 2 years about fixing a light in my pool, they never did and gave me the run around. This company does not honour their warranty, I have proof in my correspondents with them. Rude and disrespectful customer service from their Ottawa location. My light is still not fixed and they stopped answering my texts and calls. Don't trust this company. I spent 60,000$ and they wont even fix a light that was covered by my warranty.
