The customer service is ok, professionalism.. not so much. Having 3 people sitting at the teller desk looking, pointing, and whispering amongst themselves about your account infront of you is unnecessary and very un-inviting to the client. Was told exactly what I needed to do by telephone banking to come here for a total of 1hr 15 min for them to say “go to your home branch, or call your home branch”. This branch is the reason for my inquiry and attempts into closing my accounts and switching banks in the first place.

Horrible customer service. I believe the managers name was Michael. I went in to get a refund of my student fees as I was charged service fees. The manager refused to refund me even though I was a student at the time and provided evidence of this. He made me wait over 20 minutes knowing the circumstances only to tell me no. He was extremely rude as well. Extremely poor service And I have been banking since 2006I called CIBC services and they are willing to refund me my student fees. The manager of this bank that I spoke to should not be in this position as his quality of service is unprofessional and inaccurate.

I went in to receive a bank draft and instead I got bombarded with questions by the teller with no result! She basically said no she won’t do it for me. Thankfully, I went to another CIBC and they helped me immediately. However, because of the delay it has hurt my credit. Not impressed with their services at all.

we parked in their parking lot on Saturday night which doesn’t indicate any limitation to park there unless you are their customer and we got ticket. The officer told me the manager of the branch called the police to come and take the vehicles off. Wow!! You could at least put a new sign to not park here on the weekends instead of calling and asking to give the tickets to people/your customers. It’s so disrespectful.

A terrible experience with the Lakeshore & George location in Oakville. My financial advisor is new and was very inexperienced with regards to the processing the documents of the passing of my sister whom I am the executor. I have sent many emails with regards to questions regarding my sister’s investments, what I have to do, what’s the procedures, etc. The delay in a response from CIBC was unacceptable as I had to follow up many times. in summary I’ve been dealing with inexperienced people their, I was not given support to all my answers, The brightness of their replies was inexcusable.I will be moving my portfolio elsewhere

My star is for the ATMs which are good at this location.There are two full service machines and the space is the whole storefront so you are not crowded. Zero stars for the PARKING. Always full. Used to be monitored for CIBC customers. Almost in an accident today. Never again.
