Hired Pro-Tek to do an electrical update to our newly purchased home in Ajax. Michael and Will came up against a number of unexpected complications but they showed amazing commitment to getting the job done, working tirelessly. I was very impressed with their work ethic. In the end, we had everything updated to our satisfaction and communication with Robert, the service manager was excellent throughout. The final price was very close to what was estimated, which surprised me given all the obstacles that came up. Great job guys, thanks.

I asked members of my community to help me find an electrician to complete some work when I purchased my new home. Robert and his team were highly recommended. We had aluminum wiring work completed, a surge protector installed, light fixtures installed in bedrooms as well as outdoor lights installed. All of the team members were very professional, friendly and adhered to their time lines. I would definitely use this company again for any more electrical work in the future. Over the years, our office had occasional electrical issues and had several repairs done by other contractors. Although the work was satisfactory, none matched the value I received from Pro-Tek Electric.Pro-Tek Electric helped us with three jobs. The largest of which was a service and panel upgrade, along with additional fixture installations and several cat6/5e terminations and outlets. Throughout all jobs, they were attentive, identified potential issues early, and were very responsive. Their work was well-organized and I could tell that their electricians took pride in their work. Overall I am very happy with the results. Robert was the key person I dealt with through each job.

Totally unrealliable and they are really sweet talker so don't be fooled by that, their timelines are never met and they keep blaming the suppliers yet they forget to order materials. Seems they are hiring apprentice electrician and the job gets done at snail's pace or not it to standard.

Maybe they can handle smaller jobs but they have been a complete let down for our 30,000 sqft job. In the most critical moment for the project their owner is on vacation, the service area coordinator won't answer our calls and their on-site foreman didn't show up (and there was no replacement to manage their crew). We're loosing thousands of dollars a day entirely because of their inability to complete the job on time.
