Massage Addict

Came here as my usual place was booked for when I wanted to go. Wouldn’t go back. Feels dingy and dirty, the room I got my massage in long needed a vaccum and had paint swatches as “decor” on the walls. I honestly feel bruised from my massage but I’ll blame myself for not speaking up during the massage to lighten the pressure. I guess if that’s your style of massage then proceed. But the look and feel of the place alone would keep me from going again regardless.

What an awesome clinic! The rooms are very relaxing with soft colors and dim lighting. I heard they are doing renovations soon so I am excited to return and see what they have done. Always have great experiences!

Jessica was fantastic!She went out of her way to understand my needs and focus on the areas needed.As well as give great advice on preventative measures to take to Avoid neck and back strain.I Walked out the door with chills and all my body hair standing up. 10/10 would recommend!I feel like a new human :)

What an amazing place! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially the girls at the front desk! The inside is beautiful and serene and I can't wait to see how it looks after the renovations are complete! New management has turned this place around in all the best ways!

I travelled so far just to get my prenatal massage done for today, my appt is at 12:45, I arrived 7 mins prior and they said Im booked for 11:15am. Ridiculous!No phone call, no confirmation of the changes and all. Nothing! They even told me I will get a male therapist and asked if it’s okay, I said yes.Now the receptionist said “SHE’S FULLY BOOKED” lolYou guys are a waste of time

I am disappointed with the management at Massage Addict. While I understand the policy of charging customers in full for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, it is frustrating that Massage Addict does not hold themselves to the same standard. I have experienced multiple short notice cancellations, which have left me in a difficult position to reschedule at a convenient time. A simple apology does not make up for the inconvenience caused, especially when appointments were made over a month in advance.In addition to this, I have a membership contract that requires me to book an appointment every month. When appointments are canceled, I am forced to book within a short time frame. Unfortunately, most of the available times that fit my schedule are already booked, leaving me unable to reschedule and ultimately resulting in a charge for a missed appointment. This is not fair to the customer who plans ahead for weeks in advance, and rescheduling should not be a burden.I believe that the head office must find a solution to this problem. It is unfair that customers are charged in full for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, but Massage Addict does not provide any compensation when they cancel appointments with short notice. If Massage Addict were to impose a penalty on themselves for short notice cancellations, similar to the policy for customers, it might be more tolerable. Overall, I hope that Massage Addict takes steps to improve their customer service and addresses these issues.

Pretty bad customer service. Cancelled our massage 30 minutes before the start time due to a scheduling conflict on their end. Didn’t even offer any type of compensation. Won’t be going here again.

I was a bit worried after reading reviews about rude reception but was pleasantly surprised when I got there. Girls were very friendly and helpful therefore I continued going to this location. RMTs are great there too, very kind and skilled. I would definitely recommend this place.
