Been renting From this company for the past 5 years and it has been great. Anytime we need something repaired or fixed Matt is on it and usually taken care of that week. Quicker, if it's more serious. Very knowledgeable about Landlord/Tenant rights as well. Very fair and reasonable with owners of property where we are renting as well and has an open communication with all parties involved. Renting with Bulldog property has been amazing and we enjoy the company. Highly Recommend them to renters and people who want to rent out theoir property

They are in charge of renting a neighbours house.The renter has terrorized the whole street, even the little kids. The house is now a fire hazard. Bulldog has collects money and is unaccountable for the property, unable to manage renters.It’s amazing how negative reviews keep getting deleted.

After 3 years of looking after our 5-unit building in Barrie, we did our research on property managers and picked Matt at Bulldog in December 2016. Bulldog was worth every penny - the stress disappeared completely! A bonus with Matt is that his wife is a paralegal and provides services at costs that are well below other paralegals I have used.
