Went there with my mom and two other people. When we arrived it wasn't even busy. There was workers walking by but wouldn't seat us. Finally we got seated, we sat there for 15 minutes and waited for someone to take our order. No one came to take our order, we finally had to ASK SOMEONE if they could take our order. Then we waited at least 45 minutes for our food. We went for lunch so our meals weren't difficult, just 3 clubs and a plain burger. Again we had to ask someone where our food was and got told 5 more minutes" and then it came out 20 minutes later. I'd expect this if it was busy but it wasn't at all. It was almost like the workers were hiding. Don't go here if your hungry or in a rush."

Our waitress went above and beyond addressing my gluten free disease. She let me know what was offered off the menu(including a very delicious brownie dessert option), shared personal experience of what she has tried and what was really good, she made sure there wasn’t cross contamination with my meal. I was super impressed. I was very impressed with all of the options available for gluten wise choices. Will definitely come back again and again! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Not impressed with my delivery order again. Was over an hr, the food was barely warm, and the spaghetti bolo/ meat balls was particularly bland. The pizza had basically no sauce on it and the garlic bread felt hard/tasted old and stale. I used to love their food but it has gone down hill the last few years. I will not be returning any time soon.

We had an amazing server named Alison, she was friendly, listened to our horror story of a day we'd had, and made us feel so welcome. Our food was delicious, hot, and tasty and our beer was cold! We will be back!

Never going back again. Worst experience ever. I went there to pick up my order. I stand there for about 20 minutes to pickup my order, nobody came to the desk to help me out. Finally I went inside and saw one waiter there to whom I asked about my order. She was helping everyone over there but she didn’t even care to listen to me at all. Then I asked a guy from the kitchen who was passing through there, he rudely told me that “you can cancel your order if you want”. I left without picking up my order. I don’t know if this happened because I wasn’t white or they don’t know how to treat customers but whatever. I’m done with this place. This place is ruining the name of boston pizza. Google must give us a zero star option for places like this.

I ordered off of Skip the Dishes. The order was late - can't complain at all about that as we ordered at 11pm on a Sunday night on a long weekend from one of the only places still open.The customer service is phenomenal. I got a text from (I presume the manager) apologizing for the late delays and giving me an up-to-date status with my order.One of the dishes we got were a bit inaccurate, but, again, Sunday night long weekend. They were probably slammed.The person in charge of their customer service deserves a raise.

Server was great on my visit, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. However the food was mediocre. Do not visit this location if you're looking for a good pizza. The crust was worse than cheap frozen pizza. Topings weren't great. Sauce was mediocre. Fries were alright. Nachos were incredibly average. Overall for the price, very disappointing. There are many better options nearby.

As soon as we arrived we were seated promptly and very welcoming atmosphere. The server was very friendly And made sure that the children’s needs were met to keep them happy. Service was very fast and food was nice and hot and delicious. Larry not only prepared our meal but also served it to the table for us. He was friendly and welcoming. Thank you Larry for the amazing lunch experience. Food was amazing service was amazing atmosphere very welcoming. Will definitely be returning again.
