Dr. Levy came in early to treat our Yorkie, Charlie. She identified his issues that morning and he was home by noon. Great service, moderate pricing and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Maya is truly an amazing vet. She is very warm, calm and thorough in her explanations! My puppy absolutely loves her too. The front desk staff are lovely as well. I can't reccomend Bridlewood Vet enough!

I’ve had a hard time bringing my reactive dog to the vet in the past, but Dr. Maya is so patient and calm that it’s no longer stressful! She is so thorough with every visit, and I always leave feeling like there’s a plan. The front team is also so kind and friendly. Thank you to the whole team :)

My family has been using Dr. Maya as our vet for 6+ years for multiple pets. Yesterday, I brought my cat in with alarming symptoms and she told me they do not take walk ins, were fully booked, and I’d have to go to emergency. They should not have a pet emergency parking spot if they aren’t an emergency vet. I went to another vet relatively close because my cat was acting very concerning, this vet got me in immediately despite also not taking walk ins, having only one vet in, and having multiple surgeries because they were concerned about my cat. 2 hours later, he was diagnosed with FIP and I had to put him down. I am disgusted with Dr. Maya and none of my pets will ever be going here again. She didn’t even tell me to have a good day, wish me good luck, etc. The barest minimum of customer service. Don’t be a vet if you can’t show compassion.

This vet took such excellent care of our sphinx cat! She was attentive, gentle and kind. She clearly and lovingly explained everything that was. Going on with this cat that was becoming a senior, including the previous procedures that were performed and how they had had an effect (he had multiple bad teeth removed), and explained how he might need more removed and why.She took her time, never hurrying or rushing, and even took the precaution of ordering bloodwork to make sure that everything was ok even though the physical examination was ok.When my 14 year old son expressed interest in volunteering at the clinic, she explained that he had to be 15 for insurance purposes, but offered to let him come in and shadow her for a few hours each week instead! She even offered him the opportunity to shadow her in surgery if he was interested! It was such a kind offer for this boy who has always wanted to work with animals.This vet is amazing! 5 stars and highly recommended!

The treatment given is amazing, Last year we went through a tough time losing both of our loving companions and we were blessed with the care given to both them and us during this difficult time. We were happy to start our new puppies first visits and shots with them and we will continue with them for helping us keep him healthy and happy.
